30 Day Refund & Return Policy
If for some reason within the first 30 days after your order you decide you want a refund for any reason we will provide you with a complete refund.
All you have to do is fill out the form on this page letting us know why you decided to return your order.
We’ll also need your order number and the platform from which you bought your ring: LoyaltyRings.com, Amazon, eBay, etc.
Please provide us all of this information in your initial contact to expedite your refund.
Note that a Return Identification Number (RIN) is required for all returns and you are responsible for paying shipping back.
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail so we recommend including tracking on your return package.
