Lifetime Warranty

We back up all of our products with a lifetime warranty. Literally anytime, for any reason, if anything happens to it, you can return it for a replacement. We just need the warranty card and whatever is left of your ring back. You know the drill.

Returns

If for some reason within the first 30 days after your order you decide you want a refund, we will provide you with a complete refund. All you have to do is fill out the form on this page letting us know why you decided to return your order. We’ll also need your order number and the location you bought your ring: Our site, Amazon, eBay, etc.
Note that a Return Identification Number (RIN) is required for all returns.

What Steps Do I Need to Follow To Get My Refund?

  • Fill out the form on this page to receive an RIN.
  • Send your order back to us at the return address listed below
  • After we receive your returned order your refund will be issued within 48 hours.
  • You are responsible for shipping the ring back to us for either a return or a replacement. We will refund you the full purchase price minus State Sales Tax where applicable.
