Shipping policy

Orders ship from Loyalty Rings LLC in American Fork, Utah. We process orders within one business day. Our processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on a weekend or holiday enter processing on the next business day.

United States shipping

Standard US shipping is free on eligible orders of $43.99 or more. For orders below that threshold, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The qualifying order amount excludes shipping and tax and reflects discounts applied at checkout.

We ship ring parcels through USPS. USPS Ground Advantage is the current domestic package service that replaced First-Class Package Service. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch for standard US orders. Allow the processing time in addition to transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, holidays, and carrier disruptions may require additional time.

International shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Available countries and shipping options are shown at checkout. The US free-shipping offer does not apply to international orders.

We use USPS First-Class Package International Service for eligible international ring parcels. Delivery time varies by destination and customs processing. The US delivery estimate does not apply to international orders. Tracking and delivery-confirmation availability vary by destination.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees not collected at checkout may be payable to the destination authorities or carrier. Review your checkout total and destination requirements before ordering.

Tracking and delivery questions

We send shipment information when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take time to show the carrier's first scan. If delivery is delayed, a parcel appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, email support@loyaltyrings.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it.
