QUESTIONS ABOUT US
ARE YOU A US BASED COMPANY OR A CHINESE MANUFACTURER?
We get this one a lot. People always want to know why we can offer rings at such great prices. We address that below, but suffice it to say we're real American's. I can prove it by answering one simple question: Who was the real villain in the Tiger King docuseries on Netflix: Carole Baskin (She totally killed her husband. We all know it!)
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER SITES?
This is probably the second most asked question and it's related to the first. If you want to learn more about why we started this website and why we offer cheap pricing please read more about us.
Now, the short answer: if you're spending more than $300 on a ring you're being ripped off. Seriously, ripped off. I don't like it, so I'm doing something about it.

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING QUESTIONS
HOW SOON SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?
We ship most orders within one business day. Occasionally something gets delayed but that's irregular. Once we ship it we have a pretty solid track record of our orders landing our customer doorsteps within 3-5 business days and often earlier (especially if you live in Southern California).

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
In the United States we offer flat rate shipping for nothing. It's absolutely free. This is shipped via USPS First Class mail and usually arrives within 3-5 business days.
For International orders we ship for a flat rate $19.95 via USPS First Class International shipping.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED AND IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 5 DAYS
That's not fun. Sometimes that happens, but it's not very often. First thing we want to do is check your tracking number. That should give you an idea of where it's at. After that, we want to contact the USPS to see what information they can provide.
If they can't find it and it seems lost, its time to contact us. We might have to file a claim with the USPS (No worries, we insure every order) and just ship you a new ring.
WARRANTY QUESTIONS
DO YOU OFFER ANY KIND OF WARRANTY?
We offer a lifetime warranty. That means no matter what happens to your ring, we'll replace it once for free.
All we ask is you send us whatever is left of your ring (postage paid by you) and tell us what happened because honestly, those stories are often pretty funny.
I LOST MY RING. WILL YOU STILL HONOR YOUR WARRANTY?
This is tough. Usually we need some kind of proof of damage or wear and tear to issue a warranty. We aren't saying no, we're just saying it depends. The best thing to do in this situation is to contact us and let us know what happened. From there, we can look into your issue and figure out the best way to make sure we're both happy.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT?
It's a lifetime warranty, so you can reach out as long as we're still operating and we'll do our best to get you taken care of. For more information, see our Refund & Return Policy.
WHAT'S THE WEIRDEST REASON YOU'VE HAD TO REPLACE A WEDDING BAND?
Believe it or not, one guy lost his ring eating crab. He literally had his hands up in that shell fish and the melted butter and crab juice lubricated his fingers so much he left the crab broil and his ring was missing.
They never found it.
We laughed pretty hard and shipped that guy a new ring.
